Day 1:
Departure Flight.

Day 2: Florence
Your Teach by Travel tour manager will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel for check-in. Free time before dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Florence
Sights of Florence this morning on your guided city sightseeing tour, including the Duomo, and the Doors of Paradise. No visit to Florence would be complete without entrance to the Accademia to see the world-famous 'David.' Afternoon free to shop along the Ponte Vecchio.

Day 4: Florence - Rome
Depart Florence and continue on to Assisi, where a monk conducts a walking tour. Depart Assisi and transfer to Rome. Time to explore on your own before dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Rome
Morning guided city sightseeing tour of the Eternal City. See the Pantheon, St. Peter in Chains, the Colosseum and more, including the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel. This evening, you may want to walk to the Spanish Steps, or window shop along the Via Veneto.

Day 6: Pompeii - Steamer
Your coach takes you to the fascinating ruins of Pompeii. See what life was like for the citizens of Pompeii before the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in 79 A.D on your guided tour. Transfer to the port of Brindisi, to board your overnight steamer bound for Greece.

Day 7: Steamer - Patras
Disembark in Patras. Walking tour of Patras before free time to sit in the sun, relax, or simply take in the gorgeous scenery. Dinner and overnight in Patras.

Day 8: Patras - Delphi - Athens
Board your coach and transfer to the mystical sanctuary of Delphi. Thought to be the center of the world, Delphi was known as the Oracle and sanctuary of the god Apollo, where the citizens gathered to receive wisdom and advise from the Oracle. Surrounded by natural beauty, Delphi was an important administrative and spiritual center. Depart Delphi and transfer to Athens for dinner and overnight.

Day 9: Athens
This morning's guided city sightseeing tour of the Cradle of Civilization includes the Acropolis, the Parthenon, the Roman Agora and more. Free afternoon to shop in the Plaka. Enjoy a Farewell Taverna Dinner this evening.

Day 10:
Transfer to the airport for your return flight.
