Day 1:
Departure Flight. Arrive San Jose, transfer to your hotel and check-in. Time to relax and unpack before dinner and overnight in San Jose.

Day 2: Arenal

Day 3: Arenal
Morning departure for the Cano Negro Wild Life Refuge. Included lunch today! A jungle river tour takes you into the 20,000 acre refuge where you can see iguanas, monkeys, turtles, and many species of birds. Dinner and overnight in Arenal.

Day 4: Monteverde Cloud Forest
Transfer to the Monteverde Cloud Forest, nestled high in the Tilaran Mountain Range. This 26,000 acre private reserve is home to myriad plants, mammals, reptiles, amphibians and over 400 species of birds. Dinner and overnight in Monteverde Cloud Forest.

Day 5: Monteverde Cloud Forest
Morning Sky Walk Tour combines trails and suspension bridges above the canopy of Monteverde Cloud Forest for breathtaking views. Leisure time before dinner and overnight in Monteverde Cloud Forest.

Day 6: Guanacaste
Morning transfer to Guanacaste, one of the most diverse and attractive areas in Costa Rica. Time to explore before dinner on your own.

Days 7/8: Guanacaste
Two days to discover and enjoy this fascinating area, with all meals included. Known for its fantastic beaches, there is much to do. Besides beaches there are volcanoes, cloud forests, jungles, rivers, and waterfalls, where you can participate in a vast assortment of adventure and activities: whitewater rafting, canopy/zip line tours, horseback riding, deep sea fishing, crocodile tours, snorkeling, scuba diving, turtle nesting tours, sailing, volcano tours, tubing, horseback riding, trekking, surfing lessons and surf tours. Relax on the beach, or try your hand at a seemingly endless list of activities.
