Day 1:
Departure Flight.

Day 2: Madrid
Arrive Madrid airport, meet your Tour Manager and transfer to your hotel. Orientation briefing, then time to explore on your own before dinner and overnight in Madrid.

Day 3: Madrid
Half day city sightseeing tour of Madrid this morning, where you will see the Puerto del Sol, Plaza Major and more including entrance to the Prado Museum where you will view masterpieces by El Greco, Goya and Velazquez among others. Your first cooking lesson will feature instruction to create the famous Spanish Paella.

Day 4: Segovia - Madrid
Morning departure to El Escorial for a half day city sightseeing tour with a local guide, including entrance to the Monastery. Continue to Segovia for a guided tour of Segovia and its fascinating Roman Aqueduct, and including entrance fees to the Alcázar.

Day 5: Toledo
After breakfast, depart for Toledo for a guided sightseeing tour featuring the historic Alcázar and the Church of Santo Tome. Check into your Toledo hotel and get ready for your second cooking lesson in Toledo: Migas & Tortilla Española.

Day 6: Andalucia - Córdoba - Sevilla
Morning departure to Andalucia, with a stop in the ancient city of Córdoba, which dates back to Roman times. Enjoy your guided city tour, including La Mezquita de Córdoba, built over 1,200 years ago. Try your hand at the ceramic workshop in Triana before dinner and overnight in Sevilla.

Day 7: Sevilla
Morning guided sightseeing tour of Sevilla where you will see the ornate Cathedral, the Tower of Gold, Plaza de España, and more. Your third cooking lesson in Sevilla will feature Espinacas con garbanzos pavias de bacalao.

Day 8: Granada
Morning departure to Granada, the stronghold of the Moors, for a guided tour, including the Royal Palace and the spectacular landscapes and gardens of the Generalife. Experience the drama and passion of a Flamenco Show with dinner tonight.

Day 9: Granada
Time to explore Granada before your fourth cooking lesson, Gazpacho & Costillas a la miel.

Day 10: Barcelona
Transfer to the airport and board your flight to Barcelona, where your guided city tour includes the Gothic Quarter, the Cathedral, and entrance to Gaudi's Sagrada Familia. Dinner and overnight in Barcelona.

Day 11: Barcelona
Free time to stroll lively Las Ramblas Boulevard, experience eclectic Parc Güell, or study the amazing architecture of Barcelona. Your last cooking class will spotlight Gazpacho and Paella!

Day 12:
Transfer to the airport for your return flight.
