Day 1:
Departure Flight.

Arrive in the Eternal City, Rome. Free time to relax and explore on your own - perhaps walk to the Spanish Steps and observe the hustle and bustle of this ancient city. Dinner and overnight in Rome.

Day 3: Rome
This morning's guided sightseeing tour highlights the Vatican and Sistine Chapel, including the Vatican Museum and its breath-taking treasures. Dinner and overnight in Rome.

Day 4: Rome
Morning guided city sightseeing tour of Ancient Rome, including the Colosseum, Circus Maximus, the Roman Forum, Partheon and more. Free time to shop along Via Veneto, or stroll the Piazza Navona.

Day 5: Rome
A full free day in Rome!

Day 6: Rome - Padua
Transfer to the train station and board a high-speed train bound for Padua. Time to explore on your own before dinner and overnight in Padua.

Day 7: Padua
Morning guided tour of Padua, also known as the City of the Saint. See the Basilica de Sant'Antonio da Padova (treated as a Vatican territory) and its beautiful cloisters, the St. George Oratory, the fascinating square Prato della Valle and its statues, and the spectacular Scrovegni Chapel, housing a remarkable cycle of frescoes completed in 1305 by Giotto. The fresco cycle details the life of the Virgin Mary, and has been acknowledged by many to be one of the most important fresco cycles in the world.

Day 8: Padua - Ravenna
Board your coach, sit back and relax on your journey to Ravenna. Ravenna is famous for its stunning 5th-6th century mosaics adorning the walls of its churches and monuments. Guided tour of Ravenna and its many treasures before dinner and overnight.

Day 9: Ravenna - Venice
Depart Ravenna and transfer to the Jewel of the Adriatic, Venice. Enjoy a guided walking tour of Venice including the Grand Canal, St. Mark's Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs, the Palace of the Doges, and more. Dinner and overnight in Venice.

Day 10: Venice

Transfer to the airport for your return flight.
